Dead lift (American) It is Great for overall strength, and calorie expenditure and work the hamstring, glutes, and the whole back. Can be very harmful if done with wrong form Here I am showing off my first attempt at 505 lb (229 kg).
Lying skull crusher and knee extension This is a good combo to work the triceps and the abs
Single leg Romanian dead lift This Works the balance along with the hamstring, the glutes and the lower back. It is good for those with lower back condition.
A core stabilization duo challenging both upper and lower abs along with the lower back and glutes.
Hip extensions Done with the TRX, it is a very challenging stabilization exercise for glutes and hamstring
Stabilization leg raises Very advanced core exercise. A strength core exercise made harder by the added stabilization. Work the hip flexors as well , not recommended for those with tight hip flexors.
Ab wheel It is a very challenging exercise to make a strong core even stronger. It works the glutes as well.
Another very advanced core exercise, targeting the obliques and the core overall.
Weighed Bulgarian lunges or elevated foot split squat. Works the legs and the glutes and great for balance.
Core strengthening on TRX It is an advanced and very challenging exercise. It works the core, the glutes, and isometrically both the triceps and the shoulders as well
Loaded barbell twist Great core exercise and you can burn a lot of calories.
Bulgarian split squat on TRX Good for balance and stabilization while working the legs and the glutes. It allows a good stretch on the hip flexor as well.
Lunge and step up to single leg balance and row Balance and stabilization on the BOSU while working the legs, the glutes and the back
Barbell Romanian dead lift and row combo Works the hamstring, the glutes, the lower back and the upper back and the core for stabilization.
Weighed pull up This is for the advanced and strong lifters to get stronger and build a bigger back

Heavy squat for maximum strength. strength is about good Technic and mind set as well. Very heavy squat (455 lb) with bad knees for the last 15 years.. I am really good with finding a way to safely exercise despite injuries. I guarantee to each client to figure it out if it is possible.
