The assessment allows us to learn more about you to better design a safe and efficient exercise and diet regiment to help you achieve your goals.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations have to be 24 hours before scheduled time if not the session is considered done as a penalty. The cancellation will be done through an e-mail, a text message, with date and time as proof. when a session is cancelled, there is no refund, the session will be rescheduled at the time of choice of the client based on the trainer's availability. A session that is booked at a time less than 24 hour before the start time cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
